Homemade Granola and Berry Bowl

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1-1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F degrees.
  2.  Mix goats, nuts, seeds, salt, and spices into a large bowl.
  3. Add in honey, maple syrup and oil into the bowl and mix ingredients together throughly. 
  4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pour and spread mixture onto paper. 
  5. Place in oven for 20 minutes then stir. 
  6. Continue to bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. 
  7. Take try out of oven and mix in the raisins and dried cranberries. 
  8. Once completely cooled store in an air tight container. Granola can last up to 1 month.

​Granola is a delicious addition to yogurt and fresh fruit!
