Slow Cooked Ribs

Ingredients:
  • 2-2 1/2 lbs baby back ribs
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce
Rub:
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  1. Mix spices together in a small bowl then rub into both sides of the ribs. 
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place ribs on pan and bake for 3 1/2 hours. During the last hour of baking baste the ribs every 10 minutes with bbq sauce this will create a thick bbq glaze and caramelization. YUM! 
  4. If using a larger rack of ribs, add 30 minutes baking time per pound.
