Slow Cooked Ribs
Ingredients:
- 2-2 1/2 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Mix spices together in a small bowl then rub into both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
- Preheat the oven to 250F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place ribs on pan and bake for 3 1/2 hours. During the last hour of baking baste the ribs every 10 minutes with bbq sauce this will create a thick bbq glaze and caramelization. YUM!
- If using a larger rack of ribs, add 30 minutes baking time per pound.
