- Fresh dill has a mild sharp taste with a delicate, sweet crunch. Typically used in pickling
- Wrap in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Pack olive-oil covered chopped herbs in an ice cube tray. Wrap trays in plastic wrap. Use in soups, stews or thaw in pan over low heat.
