Working at Mighty Food Farm We are hiring for 2024! Mighty Food Farm is a team-oriented workplace. We make crew happiness a top priority. The staff holds weekly meetings to discuss tasks, scheduling, check-ins, and make plans. Starting wage is $17.00/hour. The field crew is generally 5 to 7 people and the wash/pack team is 3 to 4 people. Staff works 40 hours a week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. 1/2 hour paid lunch.
