Homemade Granola and Berry Bowl
Ingredients:
Granola is a delicious addition to yogurt and fresh fruit!
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1-1 1/2 cups chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Preheat oven to 300 F degrees.
- Mix goats, nuts, seeds, salt, and spices into a large bowl.
- Add in honey, maple syrup and oil into the bowl and mix ingredients together throughly.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pour and spread mixture onto paper.
- Place in oven for 20 minutes then stir.
- Continue to bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take try out of oven and mix in the raisins and dried cranberries.
- Once completely cooled store in an air tight container. Granola can last up to 1 month.
