Napa Cabbage

- Napa cabbage has a more delicate texture and lighter taste than the common cabbages.
- Napa cabbage can be kept in the refrigerator in paper or plastic bags for up to two months with holes poked through
- Cut napa cabbage into wedges and place into boiling water for 90 seconds. Then, plunge into ice water for 90 seconds. Dry napa cabbage off and place in freezer bags.
