• Sweet peppers come in a variety of color. Red, yellow and orange peppers are riper and sweeter than green peppers.

How to Store:

• Raw bell peppers can be kept for up to 3 days in a refridgerator in a plastic bags with holes poked in the bag.

​How to Freeze: Last up to 8 months

• To prepare peppers: Core, seed, slice or dice them, then spread over a sheet tray. Once peppers are completely frozen place in freezer bags
