Description:

• The flesh of the fruit is usually red in color but some cultivars produce green, orange or white flesh and contains numerous seeds which are usually black or dark brown in color

How to Store:

• Uncut watermelons will last 7-10 days on the counter and 2-3 weeks in the fridge, cut watermelon are also listed in our table.

​How to Freeze: Last up to 8 months

• Remove watermelon rind and cut into cubes. Spread on a sheet pan. Place in the freezer until completely frozen. Store cubes in freezer bags.
